Title: Workflow Manager
Role overview:
Reporting to the Client Manager Team Lead, the Workflow Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end workflow process for the accounting team while ensuring compliance is met. Communicating with internal stakeholders and producing reports for tracking and monitoring.
Responsibilities: (but not limited to)
Assist with engagement planning, job set-up and invoicing
Managing the end-to-end workflow process and reporting (call in, receive work, jobs out, maintain systems and jobs)
ATO lodgement program, registrations, payment plans and correspondence
Producing reports for tracking, monitoring, and compliance
Helping maintain systems and databases
Qualifications and Experience:
Intermediate technical discipline capability: ie tax compliance knowledge, reporting and project management
High-level of accounting software knowledge
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Previous experience in a similar role and industry is desirable
Be well organised, efficient, and self-motivated
Flexible, team player, and able to effectively deal with changes in business needs as they arise
